Fresh meat
Our meat is raised on our own farms with care and standardized conditions. The animals are slaughtered using a fast and humane electrocution method in a special workshop, after which the meat is stored in a chilled workshop at 4°C. Then the products are transferred to the deboning stage, during which they are divided into smaller parts, or divided into half carcasses (for wholesale)
